Ontario Public Service—Anti-Racism Policy
The Ontario Public Service (OPS) is one of Ontario’s largest employers with over 60,000 employees. An employee engagement survey revealed that employees strongly want the OPS to strengthen efforts to be more inclusive and racially equitable.
As part of our vendor of record arrangement with the provincial government, Intent was contracted to produce a 20-page Anti-Racism policy document that communicates all the good work that is being done at OPS to move the organization to become a more racially equitable workforce.
We produced the document in both official languages, for both print and online usage. We also provided OPS with fully accessible PDFs in accordance with all AODA legislation.
